- The customer will need to pay $15 to cover return postage if wishing to swap for different size/style; This can be included in with your return parcel, otherwise, we will contact you once the return is processed for the cost of sending a replacement if required.
- Returns will be processed within 7 days of being received.
Return conditions
- Out & About Clothing will accept returns on standard size tops with a colour combination that has been selected from the online store only.
- Unable to accept returns on customers own 'colour choices' or garments that have been made using 'custom sizing'.
- We do not accept returns on SALE items.
- Items washed incorrectly will not be deemed faulty and will be unable to be returned.
- All clothing must be returned unworn and within 30 days of item dispatch.
